Edwardian Semi-detached Property, Hove

Having moved from London to Hove, this client contacted a number of companies to obtain quotes for replacing the bay windows in their new home.

At some point in the past, the original sash windows had been replaced with units not in-keeping with the style of the property.
In addition, most of the sealed units had failed resulting in condensation within the units and the windows were ill-fitting and allowed noise and draughts into the rooms.

Our quotation to replace the 2 bays and the oriel window, was 45% less than a local joinery company and 30% less than replacing the windows with uPVC equivalents.

Needless to say, the customer was delighted with both the cost and result of the job.

We were even able to remove and re-instate their plantation shutters.
